How many programs are great enough to have coaches the caliber of Shula and Dubose coach their team to a 10-win season? How many programs can say that their last eight full-time head coaches were able to produce at one 10-win season for them? No program elevates the stature of their head coaches like Bama does.

Texas can say that about it last 5 coaches, which takes it back to 1956.

Not angry at all.

Just gets old hearing about how all others schools success comes with hard work and talent and Bama only has success if they cheat.

Tired of hearing the excuses.

Just got in and saw this. I'm betting the State said they were required to for tax purposes. Seeing as how much real estate they already own in Mack Brown's head.

Oh, look! Another dumdum that thinks he has some sort of insight into Coach Saban's inner thoughts. Well, I have some sort of insight into YOUR inner thoughts: you're a fricking dumdum.

and is never satisfied regardless of what he accomplishes.

This might be true. You, however, seem quite satisfied with being a fricking dumdum.

To become a multi multimillionaire and have no expectations to success.

Poor Mack. The entire fanbase is ready to fire his arse at the mere thought of Saban.

Exactly. I wish I hadn't seen that picture of the Lake Travis area. I actually had a romanticized idea of the Texas Hill country and those pictures killed it. There are homes near dried up creek beds in the hills of North Alabama with prettier scenery than anything in those pictures.

We had a mutual fund wholesaler come in the week before that news came out a while back(he's based in Birmingham ) and said he got wind from some very senior brokers that were pretty well in the know in terms of the REC and said Texas was willing to pay off a property investment Saban got into and to which he's around 8 million in the hole
