A lot of people said it would happen. Only the NCAA or the Fed's can do anything about it, so it's not really about the average fan listening. We are just bystanders. And yes, I do believe many schools tamper through boosters. Sometimes the school doesn't know the booster is doing it. Everybody has backchannels to communicate if they want to.

He was mad Stingley got more NIL money than he did so he pouted all camp and then soft opted out. He wasn’t even around the program enough of the season to know it was a shite show. If anything he’s one of the reasons it was a shite show.

There are countless numbers of 3rd parties outside of the coaching staff that could tell these kids that there is a spot for them at Alabama if they want it?
Call up Bryce Young. Tweet him. He can tell you. Not tampering.
Call your NIL agent. He can tell you what he knows. Not tampering.
Read the round the clock news cycle. They can tell you. Not tampering.
Make some calls to get contact with someone close to the Alabama program. Not tampering.
Call up any freaking Alabama fan (or even a bunch of LSU fans). They all know what spots are open and needed. Not tampering.
Why the hell would the coaching staff put themselves in a position to get busted for tampering when they know there is an endless supply of info out there for these kids to see there is a spot open and they will be welcome to it the moment they put their name in the portal.

You’re playing semantics and when NIL numbers start getting talked about I’d say that crosses a line.
Not that it really matters as this is not an Alabama specific thing by a long shot and I’m not sure what anyone expects Saban to say when asked.
