They were not committed to their players, Saban, or the outcome of the 2018 season like they should have been.

That's known as being extremely unprofessional.

You may delegate authority; but, not responsibility.

This is refreshing, Saban blaming everyone but himself again. Shocked.

It's got to be anyone but his fault.

His fits are getting worse though. They are going from fighting with female reporters, to blowing up at his coaches behind closed doors and them leaving, to now throwing coaches under the bus before the season even starts.

All these disloyal assistant coaches Saban threw under the bus and he still didn't give Lyle 'Botch' Jones a on field coaching position....Damn, he's worse than we knew.

Saban has this mentality that the outcome of the game is set before the game is played and if you lose its because you didnt do the job you were supposed to.

That's all well and good, but that's just not reality.

Sometimes the guy on the other sideline is pretty good too.

That's as big a reason why most of his assistants can't wait to get out of dodge these days; success notwithstanding.

You don't control the guy on the other side.

Maybe this is why LSU can't beat Alabama, you spend more time worrying about Alabama instead of shite you can can control.

You are making my point for me. It is unreasonable to consistently hold your staff responsible when the guy on the other side just beats you.

You don't think that grates on his staff's nerves?

Yeah that's BS.

If they aren't prepared to carry the standard they should find another job.

You pretend as if Alabama played it's best game and got beat. It didn't. Mistakes were made, they were identified(what you are crying about) and they will be fixed.

That is why Alabama/Saban is successful and all anyone can do is cry about it.

Clemson won.

It's funny how a team can't examine what it did wrong and find ways to fix it without getting this kind of criticism.

You are focused on the results of the last game. Saban and the team are focused on learning from it and applying it to this year.

This is not unique to Alabama. Literally every team in the country does this every year.

Except Alabama does it with 5* recruits 2 deep at just about every position on the field.

For Saban to cast blame when the buck stops with him is a dick move. He's made a habit of it throughout his career.

It is ok to admit that your esteemed head coach is human after all.

Cry more.

Anyone who competes does the same thing. I compete in an AI battle bot programming thing. I keep a list of notes for things it needs to improve on. I don't keep a list of things that other bots are better at.

I don't drink and I'm not the one crying over another team/coach.
