But I was specifically talking about the national championship game.

The one where Georgia made it back for the first time in 38 years and choked it away?

Y'all choked away the '13 championship game with a comfortable lead. Guess Ole Gus is willing to shell out the cash the way Gene would.

We nearly made it back, but too many injuries. Y'all got lucky as hell in the rose bowl and if Tua plays the whole game you lose by 14

Right, when Sony and Nick were busting open 70 yard runs that was pure luck.

If "we all know", then wouldn't Jalen also know?

And oh yea, 'preciate your interest in the program.

Nicks job is to win football games. That is what he is Paid to do. That is all he cares about. That is all he thinks about. He is of one single mind. Like a nuclear physicist genius he could step off a cliff while thinking about zone defenses. He doesn’t know his wedding anniversary or his kids birthdays. Probably not even sure how old he is. He doesn’t know what he is worth or what he owns or have any idea where the keys to his lake house or boat are. Waste of money. He does knows all the plays he ran against LSU in the 3rd qtr in 2014. He knows the recruits he wants this year and next.

All his “real friends” are football coaches and football people. He is what he is and damn good at it.

He is not paid to be “good guy” ethical person, role model or any of that bullshite. (That was Les Miles and he is still unemployed.) He is paid to win at at school that is “all in” That’s all that matters. Bama is all business all the time. You are an asset or you are processed. The kids all know that going in.

He really isn’t even a bad guy to those that know him like many of my family members. He is “Satan” himself to LSU but you can’t bitch about him doing what he is paid to do.

Hurts is out. He can be a backup or transfer. Up to him. What makes you think Saban has not been upfront about this ?

Because he is openly talking about a two qb system. Obviously a ploy to keep Jalen from transferring. Also, you really need to seek help. You're insane.

If Jalen can’t see the hand writing on the wall he is not as bright as we were led to believe. If he starts the first game next fall Saban will lose the team.

Do you know what’s going on behind the scenes? Do you know what Saban has already told Jalen? Do you know what any of their plans are?

No?

Then quit posting.

I could even see him giving them both significant snaps in the opener against Louisville to further the charade. And why not? Bama will probably be favored by 30 points in that game. But when the meat of the schedule rolls around

Have you seen Bama's schedule for next year... there is NO MEAT to it. Jalen, Tua or Mac could all go undefeated. Jalen may start and likely finish the season as the starter.

there's only one team I can see keeping it closer than 3 TDs The meat of the schedule will be in the Playoffs.. or depending on who wins the East

He has two QB system. Tua will start, and hurts will get to play too....sometimes.

LSU says they are going to have two QB system too. Miles will start then Narcisse will play. Same shite.

I think Georgia had that Two until Mett pinched wrong girls butt at a bar. Then he ended up at LSU.

Truth is loser will likely transfer

The funny thing is, it might be to keep Tua from transferring. Saban knows Tua can play, but he also knows that Tua sometimes plays reckless.

Hurts has thrown one interception in his last sixteen games. Saban values that more than anything in a quarterback. The principal reason Saban wins is that he plays the percentages on EVERYTHING. Every route, every player, every coverage, every play call. You rarely see him take an unnecessary risk, and even when he does seemingly take risks, they have been meticulously calculated. The one thing you hear most from coaches who have been in the system is that his level of detail and consistency is what makes him different. There is absolutely no scenario he doesn't make them plan for in coaches meetings.

Believe me, I personally think Tua has earned the right to start, but I'm not 100% convinced that one miracle half in the NCG has convinced Saban to move away from the safety zone of mistake free football. I believe he is sure that zero turnovers by the offense gives his defense a better chance of winning than 300 passing yards per game.

Tua has to reign in his gunslinger mentality. We can go through the regular season and win with Hurts but it’s when we get to the playoffs that it gets tough if we can’t pass effectively. We saw it against Clemson the year before and against Auburn and UGA this year. Tua just needs to make some smarter decisions but I think it needs to be his job to lose because we can’t get to the mountain top with Jalen.

He played a solid half of football in one game all year... earned the right to start over the QB that led us to 2 straight championship games, he has not.

If he beats Jalen out in the spring or at some point during the season i'm certainly cool with that but he's certainly not a shoo in to start.

If you read my post, I laid out the reasons Saban will likely start Hurts.

Simply because I prefer the better passer doesn't mean that Saban does.

Yeah solid... not great... there was a few great plays and a few boned headed plays. I still believe that he was an impossible game plan for UGA. Totally caught them off guard.. no one knew what to expect.
