On Monday, Alabama coach Nick Saban addressed Davis’ actions.

“I visited with Commissioner [Greg] Sankey about Raekwon’s actions,” Saban told reporters in his weekly press conference. “We will handle that internally. We will have him do some things. I think it should affect his playing time in the future.”

What a crock of shite if the SEC doesn't come down on the player

Other teams have been punished by the conference for less

If this was ANY OTHER team, the lame arse SEC would have suspended him themselves.

Not the "darlings" of the conference, the SEC would never punish them.

I don't disagree with this, but once Alabama is involved, the MZ players gets a pass. Can't go against Lord Satan.

This conference is fricking pitiful.

The SEC only administers punishment when the school refuses to do it.

BAMA was proactive and took it upon themselves to handle in a judicious manner

Having him run a couple laps and sit out the first half of a game against the Citadel will really get the message across.

You were also positive that Tua wouldn't get credit for a td pass when Irv Smith fumbled vs Arkansas.

This is a bad look for Greg Sankey. No telling what kind pro Bama influence he received over the weekend riding around Bham.
