Well anytime we make it to Atlanta, we’ve already beaten Florida (except 2003), and Georgia seems to just love playing us when we go to Atlanta, so we prefer to play Georgia in Atlanta

I'm not refuting over last 15 years Florida is definitely tougher than Tennessee but every time Florida has made the SEC Championship game they've played Bama.

If the Florida team didn't make it to Atlanta that year, then it probably wasn't a good Florida team and it lost to Georgia.
