The Bama fans defending Saban here have absolutely made my day. Just when I thought things could not become more ridiculous . . .
Florida has played the toughest schedule out of anyone and went 11-1 against FIVE current BCS top 25 teams. Alabama and Georgia have each played a grand total of three and two current BCS top 25 teams, with both losing one of those games. But, both teams won their division based on who they played. They deserve to be in the SEC Championship Game.
However, if one of them loses, then Florida clearly has the better resume and should get the SEC's 2nd BCS bid. It is a no-brainer. To argue that if Alabama or Georgia loses then they should go to the Sugar Bowl over Florida is insane.
And, Saban just did it and the Bama fans are lapping it up.
Priceless.

This thread is good therapy for LSU fans....lot of pent up hostility from 2011, 21-17, and no BCS bowl .....better to vent....don't keep it all inside......let the anger go
