This is a thread every season in whatever sport if LA or NY isn’t involved. Doesn’t matter the sport.

None of this would be happening if it weren’t for that damned ole Donald Trump and not protecting Europe anymore!

All I ever see from people is “support, support, support! Aid! Aid! Aid!”
But to what end? No one will give me an answer. How long does this take? How much money should US expect to spend and what are we getting out of it? Is it just morals? Ethics? When you go into business with someone, aren’t these questions asked ahead of time?

That literally happens with every contractor in every plant. The jobs are all bid out first. The companies paying for the contracts know what they have.
Now, flip that on its head, I know for a FACT that Sasol couldn’t, and probably still, can’t pay their bills.

Has anyone here, in their lives, ever actually see a real life KKK? Or even more than one? Or maybe even a rally?
Anyone?

So is it just me or does this Rock PC undermine the whole thing??? I hate this….Rock should have refused the PC.
Look guys, I understand that I’m a grown man that still watches wrestling…but sometimes you gotta draw a line where you don’t care. This is that line. Who cares? It’s not that serious.

That was the only thing that bothered me. Was that watch not what Rock gave Cody before? And Cole never acknowledged that.

This is what happened. Just like every single time most of you get worked up about something like this. And this is what is going to continue to happen and then all of you are going to be “outraged” that whatever they do release is vague information that says nothing.

Also, JD's role as VP is to sit there and observe the meeting and speak when the President asks for his input.
You must have missed it. JD asked to chime in and Trump said “go ahead.”
First time I’ve ever seen a VP step up and say something. It’s refreshing. He’s #2 in line. It’s about time someone acted like it.

Best Sports Bar? Or is it more of an area where most people are going to be at their families houses for games? Any running clubs? How safe would it be to run Shell Beach Dr and around downtown? Are businesses slow to reinvest due to what happened with Laura/Delta?
— I don’t go out anymore, really. But they’re building a Crying Eagle Restaurant on the lakefront. I think that’ll start a few more places popping up there.
— Used to run Shell Beach all the time. Perfectly fine.
— I suppose there are businesses pop up but Laura destroyed the area. It’s going to be a while, but it’s not all awful like this board likes to claim. The weather sucks.
Look into Moss Bluff. Very good community. A geographical oddity.
20 min from everywhere in SWLA.

They get older. Your physical appearance changes your entire life. As we get older, your appearance isn’t appealing as you were in your 20s. It’s happened throughout human history. It’s going to happen to you too.
re: IG Report Confirms Schiff FISA Memo Media Praised Was Riddled With Lies
Posted by Prominentwon on 2/23/25 at 12:53 pm
Here’s a summary for your long arse post for anyone that couldn’t get through the entire thing because it was all over the place.
The inspector general’s report confirms that the Republican memo was accurate and that the Democratic memo was misleading.
Back in 2018, Republicans and Democrats on the House Intelligence Committee released competing memos about how the FBI got a warrant to spy on Carter Page, a former Trump campaign adviser. The media largely sided with the Democrats, led by Adam Schiff, and dismissed the Republican memo from Devin Nunes.
Now, the inspector general’s investigation has proven that the Nunes memo was correct:
• The FBI relied heavily on an unverified dossier funded by Hillary Clinton’s campaign and the Democratic National Committee but didn’t disclose that fact to the court.
• The FBI used a Yahoo News article as evidence, even though it came from the same source as the dossier.
• A Justice Department official’s wife was involved in anti-Trump research and funneled information to the FBI, but this conflict of interest was hidden.
• The dossier was never properly verified.
The Democratic memo, which claimed the FBI did nothing wrong and defended the warrant, has now been proven false on multiple points. The inspector general found serious abuses in how the FBI handled the case, far beyond what the Republican memo originally outlined.
