UGA fans struggle with numbers

Kirbs is 1-6 vs Bama and the one win looks more and more like an absolute fluke as the years go on.

Georgia had more rushing yards. Georgia had more passing yards. Why exactly should Georgia have lost that game?
Why did tOSU blow TWO separate 14 point leads?

Kirby arguably has 2 national titles in his first 5 years if not for Saban’s Alabama. He definitely has 1. Stupid logic..les miles has 2 more titles then as well?
It’s a hypothetical. Hence the word “if”. The people on this board are so fricking stupid it’s actually painful engaging with them

Yeah Ohio state won a championship with a 3rd string QB in case you forgot.
Depth to combat injuries is a part of the game, especially when you’re a blue chip program. Every championship team usually has key players hurt, it seems it’s only ever mentioned if they’re skill players on this board bc the average fan just claps their hands at the bright lights on television.

Heck, they don't even mention the skill players sometimes.
People talking about the UGA/Bama game in the 2021 season never seem to mention that Stetson Bennett was UGA's backup QB who only became the starter due to injury. Yeah, they stuck with him when the starter got healthy again, but he was a depth piece for UGA.
Same was true for Brock Bowers that year.. Darnell Washington was the starter and was hurt to start the year so Bowers had to fill in.
And UGA was so injured at WR they were playing 3-star WR's a ton. It just so happened those guys were pretty good (Ladd McConkey and AD Mitchell).
Teams only need to make excuses if they don't have depth at the position.

It will be nice to see Kirby finally get a home game against Bama next season.
He hasn't had one yet in his coaching career.

what about if adam anderson, tate ratledge, and george pickens weren't hurt and we didn't compltley change our defense to the polar opposite of the other 14 games?
What if All American Nolan smith wasn't hurt and had to be replaced with a white OLB?
Boom, uno reverse, titles are ours ours again.

Kirbs has had multiple failures at Mercedes Benz. That's a home game.

I didn’t realize how good Day was until this side-by-side.
Still more difficult to do it in the SEC, which is why Kirby has the National Championships.

So much dumb….
Uga plays home games at Sanford.
Uga plays neutral games at Benz and Jax.
Uga plays away games at Bryant den.

Georgia has an absolute home field advantage at Mercedes Benz.

No it isn't. That's like saying Jacksonville is a home game for UF simply because it's in the state, despite the fact the teams get equal ticket allotments.
It's an hour and a half from Athens to Atlanta and 4 hours from Tuscaloosa to Atlanta. Let's not pretend Bama fans had to travel across the country to get there.
The last time Alabama played in Athens, Kirby Smart was on the Alabama sideline.

Home field advantage is having 95% of a stadium.

Anbody can look at that juxtapositon of stats, ignore the context, and draw up various inaccurate conclusions.
Kirby inherited a mediocre team that took a full year before they started winning.
Kirby had to contend with a tougher schedule than Day.
Kirby didnt need an desperate infusion of NIL money to buy players like Quinshon Judkins or Caleb Downs to help Day keep his job. Kirby merely recruited his arse off as usual.
Kirby not only shown he can win the big game, he shown he can win it twice in a row. There is no guarantee Day could ever do that in a P4 format.
The only mitigating factor that plays in Day's favor is Day isnt coaching in a hot recruiting bed, but the parameters of the OP make this fact irrelevant.
