WE are the dumbest of the world at this point.
The stupidity of the south over this vaccine issue is astounding to me. I mean, I knew we were dumb but we are running out of oxygen in our hospitals right now and we have idiots stills saying not to get vaccinated. The stupidity is beyond anything I ever knew.

No, YOU are the dumbest. The Vax does not stop you from getting the virus or spreading it. In fact, in many cases vaxxed people are more likely to spread it, because they have it, but are asymptomatic. Now you pair those people with people that have a negative test and you have a bunch of people with a giant false sense of security.

How many other college stadiums across the country are requiring vaccinated fans/ negative test only?
I imagine it's the California schools and Ivy League schools.

I noted it earlier in the thread, but Tulane was the first FBS school in the country to require it. LSU followed theirs & Latoya Cantrell’s lead here. Oregon & Oregon State were the first P5 schools to have a mandate. Additionally, the city of Los Angeles has a similar mandate affecting USC & UCLA.
As far as I can tell, the list in its entirety is relatively tiny & generally regional, as you suspected. LSU is a P5 outlier for essentially the entire United States of America outside of the West Coast.
