Louisville fricked up by firing Mack mid year. It’s given auburn plenty of time to work on an extension since they have the rest of the season to do so

$9M a year is a lot of bread.

He is not worth that much If Louisville wants to spend that cash, by all means, let them

Probably not signed yet, his lawyers reviewing it over the weekend. Soooo, does he stay or does he go? $9M with a NIL deal for him (Ford Trucks and other businesses) could more than double the amount.

Would Auburn have equaled that or more?

Listen, nothing is going to happen till the end of the year. I would be worried if I was an Auburn fan if he does not sign an extension now and allows Louisville and Auburn get in a bidding war (which I think he will let happen).

Doesn’t he have a .500 record in the SEC at Aubie?

That’s a lot of cheddar.

Too bad he has already agreed to terms with AU. Of course the BOTs meeting isn't until next week so maybe he will try and renegotiate.

Has Pearl been told who Louisville plans on hiring as president and athletic director yet?

Let the bidding begin. Uh, my bad, it already has begun.

josh Heird is interim AD. Some believe it will be permanent.

Got a link? And I don't believe Louisville is going to offer a known cheater $9 million/year when they are already on probation
