You can find a spouse at family reunions.

People stuck in Louisiana are such dumbasses - and I say that as someone from Baton Rouge.

Seattle to Alabama … yeah, not sure I blame them
I've heard Seattle has the highest suicide rate because it is always so gloomy. Lack of sunshine causes depression.

Deboer actually looks less comfortable in his job than he did when he first arrived. But anyway, as judgemental as people think I am, Deboer can't be judged on this year. Milroe and some others have got to go and Deboer has to get his players to buy into his system.

If people looked into the Bible as to family marrying each other, they would be shocked by today's standards. Several instances of cousins marrying.

In all seriousness, this is just a season in hell which was not unexpected. Rationally, you can't be upset until next seasons' results are in (assuming it gets worse which I don't think it will).

LSU went 10-1 went to the SECG in a year that the state was ravaged by Katrina and Rita (which was arguably the reason for the sole regular season loss) in the first year after Saban.

I think being a two loss team before the month of November with one being run off the field vs Vandy is in the realm of “unexpected”

Hmmm. I seem to remember a head coach winning a Natty with Saban's recruits.

Weird.

When I lived in South Louisiana years ago, Alabama was drive-through territory on my way to the Florida Panhandle, where the Gulf stops being gray or brown.

Later on, I did go visit a friend of mine in Decatur, AL. What a dump of a town. Very depressing. But we took a day trip to Huntsville, and that was cool.

And I lived in Seattle for 8 years before housing prices and homelessness got out of control. But traffic was already terrible. I have to say the physical beauty of the city with all the mountains and water surrounding it and in the middle of it was second to none. Even Vancouver couldn't compare. There are great views of natural beauty just about everywhere you look.

So I miss Seattle's natural beauty, but not its problems. But I'd like to get back to Alabama and in particular Tuscaloosa for a football game. Won't be Saturday, though.
