Oh how the mighty have fallen. It will be Steele... He is already putting together a staff. He will get you through NCAA trouble (Shula, etc.), then you can hire a real coach (Saban)

You could definitely do worse but prepare to have your program get negatively recruited the frick out of it. He runs a high school offense that will beat shite competition but struggle against the UGAs LSUs & Bamas of the world. He’s overly paranoid about who he has around him & micromanages everyone on offense to the point he should have never hired them. You will look woefully awful in bowl games. I could go on and on. Your program will stabilize which may be all you really need at the moment.
