Gibson is the kinda recruit that can get a coach fired... highly ranked but extremely raw. Fans will be calling for him early and often, especially if Dobbs doesn't step up.

His uncle joined Volnation shortly before NSD and started saying Ferguson would go elsewhere if Butch signed Dobbs. Said that Dooley promised Ferguson he would be the only QB in that class and that Butch should've honored Dooley's promise

they literally have no one at QB.

We're broke, we're flunking, we got no depth, we got no talent, and now we literally have no one at QB. Oh, the humanity!

Tennessee is going to be so, so terrible in 2014.

And who is it you root for so we can compare seasons on December 1?

I don't know I think Josh Dobbs showed some nice flashes. To me he has the skill set that sets up nicely fro Butch's offense. He has a strong arm too, he needs to work on his accuracy and decision making.

Worley would probably be a good qb for a team like Georgia that throws a lot but, him trying to run Butch's offensive has been ugly for the most part.

So is it safe to say that the streak is in no immediate danger?

Butch's recruiting will buy him time, but unless recruits start seeing signs of life it isn't going to matter. Guys want to win now.

I think UT finishes above Vandy and Kentucky at least. They did well getting JC guys that seem ready to go, in addition to already having some guys on campus who could contribute.

I feel like their Linebackers and safeties could be really good, its just DL and corner that are questions on D.

On Offense, the skill positions are set but everywhere else is a mystery.

A post by a non partisan fan that is accurate with no flaming? I think this belongs on another board.

Bravo, sir.

lulz. UT has no proven QB, average RBs, one proven WR, a inexperienced Oline/Dline and a below average defensive backfield. Its a 3-5 win season for you guys.

I was one of said fans who was leading the Riley train in early March.

But after watchin Riley look lost as hell in the Spring Game and Worley look very efficient and Dobbs showing flashes of possibly developing into a really good QB, I was quickly changing my mind.

This is def not a good thing, though. It would have been great if Riley was on board with continuing to work and develop and possibly push Dobbs to be there best going into 2015. Instead he wanted the QB job handed to him and just staight up got outworked by Justin and Josh.

It is too bad, looks like he may be Tyler Bray Jr. and Butch doesn't want a guy like that leading his program if he won't put in the work.
