But here is the thing, I would have fired my lawyer on the spot yesterday. Paul ask before a break, danny can you come back, danny says possibly, i've got to see if my attorney can stay, attorney says, i think i can stay for one more segment.

C'mon Bella, what is wrong with continued body shots to Danny's gut? He was OK with character assassination without providing aything. Yet feels vindicated by the fact he would have told if his lawyer said it was OK.

Point is...the fact that Sheridan "Promoted" this by repeatedly telling people to tune into Finebaum via Twitter knowing full well he was never going to reveal the name makes me wonder what the angle is on this? Why would he do what he did? He knew the media would eat him alive as they did...he knew callers would call in a give him up the road...it is just odd to me that he would go through all this trouble just to portray himself as a douche...

If no one reads it, that is their business and it isn't going to hurt my feelings. Danny is not a joke...he is a pretty smart guy with a good reputation. I listened to him in Mobile when Nick Saban was hired, predict that Bama would win a National Championship within 3 years. I bitched to one of my Auburn friends that knows him about it and my friend disagreed...told me the guy was brilliant and if he said it, believe it. 3 years later, Bama won a national title.
That is why I take this seriously...and I'm really shocked at this and don't understand why DS would claim to have this info if he didn't...and don't understand why he wouldn't release it if he did after having ample time to run the scenario by the lawyers

Also, I didn't read your entire post but here is my two cents:
I think Danny has a source, who one way or another has information that a "secret witness" exists. This witness claims he knows who paid Cecil money. I think all of that is true or nearly true. I also believe this secret witness is probably full of shite and can't corroborate what he has told Danny's source.
This is just based on listening to Danny's interviews and making what I think are decent assumptions. Since Danny won't say shite other than he knows a secret, it is all I have to go on.
Now, on to football and ignoring DS.
