What is Richt expecting to happen by whining to the league offices? Refs make judgement calls based on their field of view at the time. Not sure if this was reviewable or not as I didnt watch the end of the game.
Marshall Morgan was horrible all night. he missed what? 3 FG's? In a tight game, you lose when that happens. and whether that last one was from the 4 or the 14 yard line shouldnt have mattered. Thats gimme distance.

LMAO at UGA. National title talk after 1 game, only to see their hopes and dreams dashed again before mid September.

Talked about the issues he was sending to the SEC office re: officials. Something all coaches do, but 90% of the time don't talk about to the media.

I get the grounding issue, and even answering about that, but "we had issue with a holding call"? What exactly you expecting?

I can honestly say I've never heard Saban mention a list of specific calls he had issue with in a postgame press conference, no. Maybe it has happened and I totally missed it.
But yea, I have heard Richt do it before.

He's not whining. He's doing what every coach does after every game. He was asked about a specific play and answered honestly. He had a question about it. What may come of it is a better understanding of the rule and what officials look for so that we can correct it and not let it happen again going forward.
This is all feigned outrage by people thinking he's lying. And most of it is because of the thread title. People hop in to this thread assuming Richt is throwing a temper tantrum and don't actually read what is going on. But SECr gonna SECr, I guess.
