I guess to say that he has things so structured that the kids can't find much time to get into trouble

I think it's extremely naive to think no "bad things" are going on. I think there's some really good covering things up as best they can behind the scenes. Dumb people who do dumb things just dont randomly straighten out for 3-4 years.

Craziest part of this story that isn't talked about is how Foster became such a moron after he left Alabama. Really sad to see these guys lose their support structure in Tuscalombia

Whatever Saban, or any other coach, can do to control the players in their charge cannot undo what 18 years of living the lives they led up through high school did to screw them up.

This is the real world Reuben, no more handling things internally and playing every weekend.

This isn't even his first domestic violence issue, is it?

Lock him up.

I know lsu does fricked up shite to cover for athletes But how the hell does Saban do it so well?

The great coaches at top programs seem to do this well. I grew up a gator fan, and I couldn’t believe the rumors I heard about some Florida players coming out Gainesville, during the Urabn era. Maybe Tebow helped, but I felt like Urban Meyer kept in check/covered up well for a lot of his players back then.

Oh, he'll get internal things handled in prison now.

Was Reuben Foster a Bama Permanent Captain like Rolando McClain?

This proves God is the ultimate referee. Foster got away with that vicious targeting play on Watson in the title game. God just threw the flag.

Who knows. I’m pretty sure Rolando McClain beat a frat guy half to death for calling him the N word and nothing ever came of it

Yes. And I'm pretty sure said frat boy will never call another large black man the N-word again either.

I want to know how Saban covers up all the drug tests. Marijuana and performance enhancing!

Its pretty easy, really...a simple "heads up" on testing dates from his a-hole buddy Mark Womack down the street at the SEC office.

Are you saying having a live-in girlfriend is immature?

They should give Bama players the ability to stay in school for 15 years and then become coaches so they can be looked after.
