All the twitter reporters, Cecil, Goodbread, etc. are saying he looks fine and ready to play. But we'll find out more from the saban presser around 6-6:30.

loosing maze would be more detrimental to your team, imo.

Doesn't sound like anything serious, IMO.

He was doing individual drills yesterday but was limited in contact. I have no doubt that he will be cleared for Saturday.

Not even close. Juio is the guy who opens up the run game and blocks the best for sweep runs. When is the last time you saw a team double team Maze?

Julio 24 receptions
Maze 10 receptions

Hmmmmmmmm... Hate on him all you want, but he is by far our best receiver. And before you say anything about drops, he's only had 3 this year so far. Not good, but not to bad. Plus he is our punt returner.

Julio is to Maze as Randy Moss was to Wes Welker.

Watch what happens now without Moss taking coverage away from Welker...

Who was it that said that Julio was having his knee scoped the other day? After I read it here, I went to Tidesports (I knew that bullshite originated there) and saw the same crap posted there.

When will Bama fans learn that Tidesports is a turd slowly swirling down the toilet bowl? That place fricking sucks, and the posters are a bunch of homers who all have "inside info", and none of it is ever true.

Maze doesn't get the ball very often, but when he does, he rarely drops it.

True, but one is gonna go pro this year as a junior, and one is gonna return for a redshirt senior year.

I think Julio is more explosive, but Maze isn't chopped liver. He's reliable, which is always good, IMO.

Oh I love Maze and Hanks, and they are very good, but saying Julio isn't our best receiver is just silly.

When he was younger he had the droppsies pretty bad, but this year and last year he has been solid.

No, but I've been keeping close track this year myself because of last year, and there's no where that keeps those type of stats. He's had three I promise. One in the San Jose game, one in the duke game, and one in the Florida game. Just have to trust me, or go watch the games yourself.
