Its almost like hiring the autistic cokehead that has had issues everywhere he has coached, is going exactly how everyone outside of the state of Louisiana thought it would. I mean, who wouldn't trust the coach who bailed on his team in the middle of a playoff season to be a stand up dude?

This healed some wounds from last night. Not all of them, but some
Lane has folded under administrative pressure anywhere he has gone and they’ve had “tough discussions” with him. The only two places he didn’t have those issues as a HC were FAU and Ole Miss. He is crushed when his feet are held to the fire

It’s year one.
If he beats TN and TX he’s still in the playoffs.
If you’re going to fire coaches in year 1 after three losses in a 9 game SEC youre going to be hiring coaches every couple years.
Just too many losses to spread out over elite and near elite teams.
8-4 will get you into a 24 team playoff so if true this just speaks to more emotional decision making by LSU as an institution.
