And as a bonus, you didn't even have to worry about trying to win your conference and game plan for Georgia. Playing for Alabama has to be fricking awesome, no shite.

They had a fun week. They can claim the IB. It'll help keep morale up while they watch Bama in the playoffs yet again. We gotta keep this rivalry alive somehow

Yep, still remember spanking that butt. AU clearly the better team and played 4 games against playoff teams. Bama played one good team and got crushed.

I remember, and I have to admit I had a legit melt.........granted it was nowhere near a 7SU level Chernobyl type 7 year mega-melt, but I’m in a good place now.

Not going to lie about this: Auburn did beat Alabama more than Alabama lost to Auburn. It was no fluke.
Of course, like UGA, I’d like our chances in a rematch on a neutral field. But that day at JHS, they beat us straight up.
It must suck to beat your two biggest rivals back-to-back at the end of the season and then end up losing the conference and having to watch as they play in the playoffs.
But Bama definitely belongs in the playoffs and everyone knows it.
