I wouldn't rule it out at this point.

Why is Brent Calloway visiting Auburn and couple of others, then?

I'm actually kind of siding with rangers on this one. We all knew he'd continue to take visits.

If he said the things he did about the team he grew up cheering for, who's to say he didn't just commit to Auburn to be able to take visits?

Did you hear Calloway on Jox the other night? He was asked what Saban thought about him taking visits.
BC made it clear he was the one dictacting whether or not he take visits, not Saban. He said he really didnt know how Saban felt about him taking visits. Translation, he was going to take visits regardless.
He also said he could see himself as a RB in college.

But he'll end up at Alabama as a LB, and a great one at that. That's his future. 6'3" RBs don't translate well to the NFL.

One last thing. The Bama fans that are bashing him need to grow up a bit IMO...You need to let it go.
He can kiss my black arse. He deserves the bashing, and so long as it stays on message boards, he's fair game. You think those badass SEC defenses are gonna whisper sweet nothings across the line next fall? Tell that fat bitch to suck it up.

So why make an announcement that he's considering other schools? We already knew he was going to take his visits.
Dude grew up a Bama fan from a Bama family living in a Bama town. I don't know why some Au fans are in denial over the fact he has decommitted and will end up at UA

That's the rivalry. It's just like some 'Bama fans think Jonathan Rose is still a posibility for Alabama. Forget it. He's a legacy.

to much instate talent for him to even have a spot.
There is a possibility that both Collins and Robinson will be 5 stars
Tuner looks like a solid 4 star, and Cory white has been pretty impressive in his own right

As a guard? There hasn't been a five star guard in three years.

Rivals words not mine... he tore it up at the Army combine
plus he is a 6-6 G and could move to Tackle

^^^Most logical statement I've read so far.

quote:I've never understood this line of thinking. It's like the anonymity of a message board gives cowards a blank check to say whatever they want no matter what. It's at least as equally immature as what Regions said about Alabama and the coaching staff after he committed to Auburn, if not more so. You are basically doing the same thing except on a much lower public scale and you have the comfort of no one knowing who you are.
He can kiss my black arse. He deserves the bashing, and so long as it stays on message boards, he's fair game.
quote:Yeah because immature decisions based on emotions equate with on the field ability and physical toughness... Come on man, use your head. If that were true most of the top talent in NFL wouldn't have made it to the league. Hell, some of the meanest SOB's I've ever known were emotionally immature.
You think those badass SEC defenses are gonna whisper sweet nothings across the line next fall? Tell that fat bitch to suck it up.

Calm down. His actions were immature, but that was three months ago. We should all be over it. I was ticked at his comments, and actions, but if Saban thinks he wants him at Alabama, that's fine with me.

I'm suprised and agree with most of the honest Bama post on Region.
I really think the true winner in this will be the school that doesn't get this guy.

According to Shane Youngblood from BOL, Regions just texted them that he is and that Bama will be a strong player for his signature.
Who gives a shite? Regions and any other 18 year old high school kid that barely has hair on their balls can go frick themselves (or some hot chic) for all I care.
Anyone that gets emotionally involved in where some 18 year old kid they have never met and do not even know goes to college is seriously some kind of pitiful loser with no life.
And that goes for Aubies, gumps, corndogs, and everyone else.

IMO, every “recruit” is “open” until they sign their name on that dotted line…
