In SEC series this year:

Home

Tennessee 3

SC 3

Florida 0

Mizzou 7

LSU 7 (one game left)

Total: 20

Away

A&M 10

MSU 6

Arkansas 13

Ole Miss 4

Auburn (3 games to go)

Total: 33

Once again, another myth. Want to try another?

What’s even crazier is that the road schedule is wayyyyy tougher but they still hit 2x as many HRs

This is the same thing Vols baseball had to deal with in 2024. LSU fans have nothing better to say so they say the team’s success is inflated by the “tiny stadium.” Only LSU fans get worked up over this

When Tennessee went 4-0 against LSU in 2024, swept SEC reg and tourney titles, won 60 games, and won the natty all LSU people could do was cry and say “small park,” as if that matters. Normally when you are hearing that it means you are doing pretty well

Well - when you watch a UGA player bounce one off the top of the damn scoreboard - fence height doesn’t really matter at that point.

I ain’t gonna sit here and try and claim field dimensions aid in the UGA teams ability to club the ball. If you had a bunch of em barely clearing the yellow line and all at home - maybe, but from what I have seen that’s not the case.

Lot of power on that UGA club - no denying it

You seem to have a lot of sand in your vagina this morning.

No. Just read a very long post with some LSU folk trying to say we hit all our homers at Foley and when we go on the road the offense ain't there. It's because of the dimensions or the wall being short, etc. etc. etc. Totally false.

Did a certain number in those stats trigger you?

Are Georgia fans this soft? Has their team only hitting homers at home even been a talking point this year?

Only by LSU fans in the last 48 hours. Otherwise, no.

Anyone that has seen them knows it’s not true. I also haven’t seen any posts that suggest the case. Hence why it’s a confusing thread topic lol

Well this would be one in the extra long thread where some dude talked up reactions to long foul balls and such while you were winning Friday.

GAs fence height is 2 to 4 ft lower than LSU and most other major programs in college football. Thats why everyone calls GAs field a little league park, lol. Thats also why GA can't do anything in Geauxmaha.

Doesn't take a rocket scientist to see where this is going. Of course the goofbaw meant baseball and not football.

Right, but that post is not saying anything about Georgia being a better team home vs. away. It’s just saying Georgia plays in a hitters ball park. Which I think is a legit claim. I may be way off on that just an opinion. And field size is not the only thing that makes fields hitters parks. But again still haven’t seen a post saying Georgia is not a good hitting team when not at their park.

Interesting. And what other factors do you think make Foley a hitters ballpark?

I think you are being obtuse. When LSU fans only talk about Foley being a high school field and it is the reason we are doing well, and when we get to Omaha we will be put out quickly....are you saying these comments do not at least insinuate we would not do as well on the road?

I don't know about all that but Tennessee absolutely does play on a very small field.

Smallest field in the conference, IIRC
