I wouldn't have a problem with the foul at the end of the game if that is how the Refs had call the game the entire time. Most of the night, blood wouldn't get a call. Again, 99% of the Refs in the game would not have made that call when it didn't effect the shot.

The Double Dribble call would have been made by every HS Ref in the Country. That call was the biggest head shaker.

You think if Zion did the exact same thing to Kyle Guy there'd be a foul? March Madness is a business first and foremost.

He hit him either right as or just after he released the ball. Either way, the contact or impending contact caused Guy to have to adjust his arms before he shot. There is a very good reason contact does not have to come before the shot for it to be a foul. This is basketball, not football. Almost any contact on a 3 shooter is called.

No it wouldn't. Not in live time. I guarantee you didn't raise your hands and scream "double dribble" in live time as it happened. That was a very unusual play.

Not as upset as I should be. Another blow to the integrity of the game. Watch all the talk on Monday.

I honestly would be saying the same thing if it wasn't Auburn. I felt the same way with the Saints call.

Foul should've been called because of the stupidity of the auburn player.

How does this not impact the shot?

If it occurred after he released it then how did it cause him to adjust before he shot?

You're going to have to post gifs if similar missed calls or something.

I don't see how that last foul COULDN'T be called.

we have so many bitching about the missed call. Again, our poor shooting cost us the game. We had every opportunity to put the game away and couldn't do it. UVa could. You just have to tip your cap to them and realize our guys had a great season but just came up a little short. I could not be more proud of our bunch.

What?

There was major contact well before the ball left the shooter's hands.
