Doesn’t matter. Pete goofball golding is their coach. They’re gonna suck
And cooked the last leg of my parlay which was Isaiah Stewart 5 pts. Thanks idiots
Legend has it that Tracy porter is still running away with mannings pass
He’s top 3 worst posters on this forum.
I’m coming around to the idea also. Dude would smash probably. Seems as sure thing as these things get. But if Bain drops to us idk. He would be tough to pass up.

Thanks for the replies. I was just curious. Outside looking in I think he’s a much bigger threat than Olave but Olave and Shough do already have a ton of chemistry. I just hate the thought of paying Olave 30 mil a year when he’s struggled to stay on the field up until this season . I’m afraid of Michael Thomas situation all over again. Back to Pickens I had no idea about his character. Hard pass then if he’s a big ole head case.

Thought on Pickens in FA

Maybe there’s more to to it I’m missing but according to Spotraci read he’s projected to command a deal that’s similar to what I hear we plan to pay Olave. Should we give him a look ?

The end for Jared Allen

They gonna kick him out of the hall of fame or what ?
We played BM in the playoffs this year and they weren’t very good. Luckily in garbage time Royal was able to break a screen pass and really show his elite speed and moves if only for one play. Based on what small sample size I saw I can’t say I’d blame the kid to want to go to a contender or at least a team with a legit passing attack.
Would love the pick. Don’t give a damn that he went to LSU. Kid is a gamer and an immediate day 1 lock down starting corner.

re: Draft Prospects Thread

Chris Johnson from San Diego state is an interesting prospect I like. Idk where he’s slated to go. The mocks I’ve done have had him anywhere from the second all way to the fourth.

A TE prospect I like that I’ve been seeing go super late is Delp from UGA.

I also like the tall receiver from Tenn - Chris Brazzell

One thing I noticed from the new pff app I just subscribed to is that this draft appears to be LOADED with highly rated (more good grades but not necessarily projected to be very high picks) RBs. —. Moss from A&M. Mike Washington from Arkansas .. Taylor from Virginia seem to always pop up in the mid to later rounds and look to be very good backs. Kaytron Allen from Penn state is one more interesting back.
All LSU homerism aside I’d love Mansoor at 8. Immediate need day 1 starter imo. I could see him being VERY helpful to the defense. I think he’s an all pro talent and makes whoever drafts him extremely happy.

You can only fix one weak spot with pick #8. RB is a weak spot, Why not fix that position for the next 5 years?

Because I believe that it can be fixed substantially cheaper in FA vs other positions of need.

If we pay out the arse for olave and I think we will it’s going to SUCK if he goes back to never being on the field again and we’re stuck with a stalllion for a rb that can’t do anything for a lack of a passing game. I’d prefer a FA signing (like Tyler Allegier) and add Tyson or Tate to the offense ..insurance for any olave issues after his presumed deal and if they’re all healthy I could really see that offense humming. A lot of hypotheticals here but just spitballing as to why I’m anti drafting a rb and very much pro WR.
It would be hard to melt about taking Love because of what an exciting player he is but holy shite that’s just not the play that early for a team like the saints that are littered with weak spots.
I desperately want to take Tyson or Tate with 8 if they’re there. Maybe I’m in the minority but those two seem like can’t miss guys.
Not that serious fella. Just miss the player. Liked having him in black and gold.
Anyone who would choose NOLA over Denver is flat out nuts. I don’t care for their politics but Colorado is a far superior state in every way.
Yeah I know. Just loved that guy. Idk bout for 20+ mil though.
