1. Where is DeBoer going? He is not quitting nor will he be fired.

Stop saying that. A big buyout won't save KD. If Bama doesn't make the playoff next season KD will be fired.

If Bama fired DeBoer tomorrow, Kiffin would announce his acceptance of the job immediately. Everyone knows this. Why are you asking?

I honestly believe that a post Saban Bama isn't as special as it used to be

Too much parity now for it to hold as much alure--

The Gumps haven’t come to grips with no one giving a frick about them anymore. It’s fun to watch though.

Kiffin would crawl across a Mississippi full of broken glass to coach Alabama. And I’m not a bama or an lsu fan, just realistic.

So why would he leave?

He wouldn't leave.

Moving to bama would be essentially a lateral move.

But many of these bama posters here simply are not astute enough to get it.

NO. He relies on advice from Saban who says his biggest regret was leaving LSU.

Bama even with DeBoer can take any Louisiana recruit we want.

Alabama is familiar with the PoS. They wouldn’t even want to hire him. LSU is safe for the time being

why would he leave LSU where he has the complete state for recruiting to go to Alabama where he has to share recruiting with Auburn plus limit in Nick Saban‘s shadow. Kiffin has every resource at LSU Alabama has and he can make his own legacy there.

have heard from many Gumps on this site that Bama has no interest in Kiffin.

I mean I would have thought that was obvious given a majority of the fan base wanted him and the administration gave 0 consideration when Saban retired

Kiffin has never left a program for a lateral move. Just stop it.
