I think they need 28 to 31 points. And they need a little luck on their side. They have to hope that Burrow is a little off. And that LSU’s early season defense shows up for UGA to prevail.

Good luck

Our defense is certainly susceptible but y’all haven’t scored that vs anyone in the SEC not named Tennessee or Vandy

More than a little

He was a little off numerous times this year and still had ridiculous numbers

Who is UGA missing on offense? I’ve heard you’re down key starters.

Quick math, so correct me if I’m wrong- DAWGS avg 25 points per game in SEC play

Season high in conference is 43 (vs Tenner...)

25 (lol) wont do it, but 43 will be close

The 2nd best SEC offense of all time couldn’t get to 43, though, at home

Will be interesting

That hard to answer because it depends on how they attack us. In one scenario they grind it out limit possessions and try to keep the scoring as low as possible. I could see a 24 point output by LSU if they are successful at that.

On the other hand, if they give Joe the ball first or go 3 and out ending up playing from behind them it's a different story. LSU could go 40's on them.

Exactly. I don’t think we can without a defensive score or special teams TD maybe 2.

I see now that you have numerous offensive starters either out or not 100% including a first half with your stud WR in Pickens

Can’t get down early

I seem to remember a game back in 2005 when UGA was told not to show up bc LSU had this all world QB named JaMarcus Russell and they were gonna flat kill UGA. I can't remember how that turned out for UGA can anyone remind me? Feeling like Clark and Marshall sandwich is coming!

Low to mid 30s this is assuming they control the clock. Their defense is good enough to hold LSU with help to 27-31 points

We need to be in the mid to high 30s. That's asking a lot, and I don't see us getting there. Hope I'm wrong about both of these statements.

Cager and Pickens will miss the first half.

Everyone else on offense is good to go but that's not saying much

I think LSU is in the high 30's to low 40's. If we score a couple quick ones, it will get ugly. They will have to depend on Fromm's arm and his numbers are poor.

They have a decent run game, but playing from behind negates that.

If UGA can hit about 30-33 with that offense then we got ourselves a game.

I’d feel comfortable with 35 pts. Although if we don’t go 3 and out often and at least sustain long drives then we can win with a lower score.
