In game one against Georgia, with a healthy Jam Miller, Alabama rushed for over 100 yards against Georgia. It wasn’t dominant. But with an average of 3.25 yards/carry it was effective and more importantly helped the passing game.
He missed the SEC championship and his absence really hurt Alabama’s entire offense. Not being able to effectively run the ball (or block) led to 6 sacks. Those sack yards were all negative rushing yards.

Georgia is like a poor man’s bootleg Alabama. Georgia is much more similar to Clemson or Auburn than Alabama.
