With the exception of a couple of few year stretches, Florida and Alabama face each other pretty regularly. We face each other at least every couple of years, but we often go on streaks of facing each other yearly, whether in the regular season or the SEC championship game.
We got used to pounding them in the 90s and early 2000's, but now it's in their court. It goes back and forth more than most of Alabama's rivalries.

Strange but true, whats weird is they play MORE now than when the SEC had only 10 teams. but Florida gives us more trouble than any east team. The winners by year.

Traditionally it’s Ole Miss, but they hit on hard times for a while and it’s fizzled a bit, while Bama was in timeout and playing the coaching carousel Auburn was a big rival with the cigar incident etc. Bama was a friendly rival until Saban started their so right now I would say Alabama.

All he said was he dislikes playing UK MORE than Arkansas. He didn't say UK was his biggest Rival. That's where Kentucky fans have been hung up on this. This may very well have been a sneaky jab at Arkansas more so than anything to do with UK more I think about it.

For UK, Tennessee is the SEC rivalry. The rest kinda depend on sport.
The big 3 besides Tennessee we hate are definitely Florida, South Carolina and Arkansas. Whether those are rivalries or not, we definitely do not like them.
Non con rivalries....Louisville and Indiana. No one else qualifies football wise. Basketball you've got the usual UNC, Kansas, Duke.
TL;DR for UK: Tennessee Louisville and Indiana can all rot in hell.
