So Randy Edsall will not be retained at Maryland after this season. The founder of Under Armor is an alum and a huge donor to the school. Like a Phil Knight of the East Coast. With that said, There are rumblings that Saban wants to finish close to where he was born, in W.Va. Maryland is right next to West Virginia and he can ride a caravan on the shoulders of all the teams he trampled throughout the years back to the home of his childhood. Rumor is they will offer him partial ownership of Under Armor. Would Bama fan sign off on this?

I heard Saban would actually be the DC of Maryland with Jimmy Johnson signing on as head coach and Urban Meyer as OC.

I had to up vote that too. That may be my favorite Saban rumor that I've heard.
When Saban leaves it'll most likely be to Lake Martin, and the only job would be the NFL. And I doubt that happens.

His mom lives in bham and I understand his kids all live in Alabama. That is the ticket to move to the NE. He recently bought into a new Mercedes dealership in Bham. I dont see the need for him to have to go back to anywhere

if the former Tampa Bay coach can make 6.5 million as an analysist I am pretty sure NS can command good money to live out his glory years working about half the year.

You have got to be an idiot. If he wants to return home, he would go to WVU, not Maryland. And Under Armour is a publicly traded company with a board of directors responsible to shareholders. They can't just throw stock options at someone so that he will coach a football team.
