I lost my sister to a drunk driver. If guilty, I hope he serves the full 20 years.

Since he is doing 20 to life, the raiders are the least of his problems

I don't know what's going to happen to him, but your comment about the Raiders looking for any excuse to get rid of him is as dumb as they come. You obviously don't know shite about the Raiders and don't watch the games. This was a bad situation and it looks like the Raiders are justified in cutting ties, but if this didn't happen he'd be a Raider and the Raiders would be happy to have him.

He won’t do nearly that. My bet is he’ll do less than 5 years as a first time offender.

I’d bet he doesn’t have much money. Rookie contract was $16 mil and over half to taxes and agent. Probably spent a good chunk already looking at his lifestyle and considering he was released with 2 years left I’m not sure how that works?

He definitely deserves jail time, but I’m not sure it should be more than 5 years. As a young guy if he can stay in shape he should be offered a chance once he is out to come back. If anything to pay the girls family more money.

Deservedly for her family even if the lady comes back with alcohol/drugs in her system, he certainly won't have anything left after a civil suit.

Make it your daughter, sister or mother in that car burning alive, it might change your perspective. He deserves to be maxed out, as any of us would. A selfish, preventable decision cost a human life.

Unfortunately the charge only gives 2 to 20years. Hopefully he gets the full 20 if guilty.

Henry thought he was invincible right up to the moment he wasn't.

We all make bad decisions now and then but this one cost a life.

Drink all you wish but from your home.
