I reckon that’ll change instantly when texas finally arrives.

Gonna improve on that 29% win rate against the Horns, huh?

Maybe we’re just too good I guess.

Mizzou has owned A&M since 2000 also.

Mizzou is 7-3 in the last 10 against A&M.

Mizzou is 8-2 in the last 10 against Arkansas.

Y’all are made for one another.

In SEC play, you're 2-2 against Aggie.

We've been doing that for a while now.

Well if that was case then how did they have a 17 game series lead before Petrino fell off a motorcycle?

I genuinely have no idea and if I were an Arkansas fan I might've kept that to myself.

Missouri never should beat Arkansas? Really? Both are irrelevant programs that are stuck in the mud.

Arkansas is stuck in the mud, but Missouri is fricking Missouri. They don't even care about football. They are a wrestling school.

They're a whopping 4-2 against us in that time, feasting on two 7-loss Texas teams. 2000 and 2003 were solid wins though, and we're very proud of them.

Nah Arkansas didn't have many problems with the aggies before the crash. Arkansas was expected to beat the Aggies back in the SWC but of course Arkansas isn't the program then that they are now.

Both historically are decent programs. Arkansas is similar and no way superior to Missouri.

Since joining the SEC, Arkansas has done ZERO in the conference to warrant a superiority to any SEC school except Vandy.

I'm sure that felt like sweet revenge after the 52-10 arse whipping we put on you in the game before.

And I'll have you know Charlie Strong is now a defensive analyst for the Alabama Crimson Tide.

Since you’re joining the conference next season I’d say it’s relevant to speak on most recent events. Which is the last two decades and they’ve beaten the dog shite out of y’all the last 2 times y’all have played.

No one cares y’all use to beat the shite out of Arkansas 50 years ago.

Strong has 3 national championship rings as a defensive coordinator and analyst. He didn’t work at Texas but won a sugar Bowl at Louisville and had pretty sustained success there. Similar to Herman winning big at Houston but couldn’t win at Texas.

A pattern? Or am I crazy?

I see two instances of hiring a coach who was carried by a great QB at a G5, who both then could not replicate that success at a big program. If anything’s wrong with Texas it’s our inability to hire but that’s not unique to Texas as you know.

Hiring isn't the issue. Meddling boosters are.

I miss having South Carolina on the schedule, just because that's how I recall the SEC schedule being before the last expansion. I never paid any attention to SEC football until around the time Arkansas joined, so that's what I grew up on.

Mizzou and A&M will always seems strange to me. A&M less so, but Mizzou just feels awkward and weird.

Maybe it won't for future generations.

shite talking aside - I thought Herman was a good coach. Do you think it was a good call firing him? Legit asking
