I love how the hate for Bama is so bad, that even when a Bama fan is taking up for or complimenting us(LSU), there is always the LSU fan(s) that takes a counter-argument against the Bama fan.

For example:
Bama fan: I think LSU has the best live mascot...that tiger is badass!!!
LSU fan: He’s cool, but he eats and poops too much...I like Georgia’s dog.

Wtf

It's not like this is the first time that an undefeated team on a bye week has been bumped this early in the season.

LSU wins 4 more games in a row and is still at number 5, then I'll bitch.

As I said in an earlier post, if you are just gonna look at who hasn't been challenged and measure how you think they'd do versus a good team, OSU has been more impressive than Bama.

If you are looking at the best resume, you'd have to choose between LSU, Auburn and UGA. I suppose some voters are choosing one scenario or another.

After Texas drops 3 more games, the LSU win will not mean very much.

Man, I am nowhere near an LSU fan, but the coaches have to explain THAT line of logic.
The answer really is simple. Other conferences don't want two or hypothetically 3 SEC teams in the playoff, so they bump whoever is plausible to top 4 spots imo.

Tbh though, like several have said, it won't really matter at this point. Our injured are coming back by the Florida game, and if we handle our business, we will make the playoff. If we don't, we won't.

What will you do when Texas beats the Sooners?

A “blueblood” list with 1 SEC team? LOL, what a joke.

How old are you, 12?

And are you stupid?

The eight blue bloods are pretty much agreed on. LINK

its a simple solution, lsu will be playing alabama, florida and auburn while ohio state is likely playing teams that arent that good, so if you win then this problem should take care of itself.

Wisconsin #8
Penn State #12

They also have games against two other teams currently in the top 25. Let's not pretend they're playing as SEC East conference slate here.

Did Nebraska surrender 38 points to Vandy?

I've watched Nebraska a couple times this year, on and off.

If Vandy got the run going, they definitely score a few. This isn't the Cornhusker team we knew in the 80's.

And on a side note, how long does Nebraska get to live off their past? They are a really bad program. Their recruiting sucks, they have no identity on either side of the ball. And Frost seems lost.

Whoever greenlit the move to the Big 10 should not only be fired, but banished from the state of Nebraska. And tarred and feathered, excommunicated, @metoo'd, and burned at the stake.

They waited until the program was as weak as it ever was, then pulled out and moved to a conference where there's no historical ties, and no interest in them. They can't recruit.

If they stayed in the Big 12, you likely keep North and South, and Nebraska keeps it's ID as the North favorite. And they'd have been able to weather this storm until they found the right coach, and made another run at the conference title, and then they'd be "back".

Instead they went outside their sphere at the worst time, and have firmly established themselves as about equal to Minnesota and Purdue, and WAY below Wisconsin and Michigan State, let alone Ohio State.

They've successfully killed that program, perhaps forever. None of the Big 10 player recruits consider that team a dynasty, so they don't even give a moment's thought to going there.
