We’re like that kid who is a result of a high-school one night stand. Regret the mistake all you want. You gotta pay.

A 22 in Memphis is about the same number as an 11 in St. Louis.

This actually is true.

If you do the math, it means 148,000 households tuned in in Memphis.... 136,000 in St. Louis.

Close. Memphis is a bit ahead in total viewers, but those are some weak numbers for a market inside the SEC footprint.

Eh. Probably at least 1/3 of the St. Louis TV market is in Illinois - which isn’t in the SEC footprint anymore than Cincinnati is.

Cincinnati market is split between the B1G with Ohio State and SEC with Kentucky. About 1/3 of the Cincinnati MSA is in northern KY which is pretty solid for UK.

Dead wrong and ya don't know what you are talkin' about.

We do, because the numbers by and large show that the state of Missouri at large doesn’t care about college football.

Not Mizzou fans care about football that much, the rest of the state doesn't give a frick about college football at all.

State of Missouri in general does not seem to care about college sports.

Congrats to their women tho. #12 in the county in WBB.

The ONLY reason Mizz was invited to the SEC is because of the SEC Network and their TV market. If that's not paying off then cut the cord.

Have you looked at yourself in the mirror?

Cincinnati is a pro town with sucky pros so college is well attended in person and well followed on TV and radio.

St Louis is a pro town with solid pro teams (except basketball) so college falls way down the list for live fans and media viewing.

I say you choice of towns sucks because St Louis is not Cincinnati.
