do a little research... Florida will have the 2nd best DL in the SEC next year and possibly the country. A new QB and offense will NOT look too good there. Sumlin needed a miracle LaTech meltdown to beat them last year. Tech will be better, and this game will tell us real quick what is up with the Aggies. I say 6-6 or 7-5 for the Aggies and 8-4 for Mizzou

We have a pretty damn good offensive line and the best running back stable in the nation. If we implement stuff that I believe will be I think Florida's D-Line will not have as big as an impact.

Kind of glad Florida thinks they actually have a chance, will be more shocking to the world and everyone know we have arrived.

Chalk up all of the OOC games as W's. Also give 'em W's if they play Tennessee, UK, Ole Miss, and Florida.

7-5ish to 8-4ish.

there are four teams clearly better than both right now.

Alabama, LSU, South Carolina and Georgia.

There are four teams that are on about the same level, and who they will be fighting for wins. Miss St, Auburn, Florida and Arkansas (Note if Arky hires a good coach they will once again be in the top bracket.)

Tehre are four teams there better tahn: Vandy Kentucky Ole Miss and Tennessee. (Note, if bray has a good year tennessee could move up a group)

This is how I see it as well, though even with out BP, I thinky Arky is ahead of both for now. I do though think in the long run, both A & M and Mizzou has a higher ceiling.

Said they have a higher ceiling as programs not that they have a more storied history. You are crazy if you do not at least see that both have the "ability" with their state population and recruiting to be contenders in the future.

To the Aggie that posted that their 9 or 10 wins are about the LSU game; I have a wake up call for you. I have looked at your schedule, and you must be joking. Its that or you have no remote concept of what you have signed up for. Of the last ten BCS title's five of them of come from a division which you are now entering. No one plays Kansas or their equivalent every third week in the SEC. Miss State may well suck record wise, but all of us know to respect them because they have considerable talent. If A&M wins north of 4 games I would suprised. I will give you Ole Miss, but thats about it. You have no idea the depth concerns it takes to make it in this league. Right now, I give you half the state of Mississippi, and while you might take the entire state, that should be the stretch goal. This is my first post here, but the arrogance of an aggie dictated a response. In time, Texas A&M might matter, but you are kidding yourself if you think you will walk in and contend.

Bottom line - A&M 4-8
Mizzou 9-3 (They are walking into an entirely different situation)

We ran all over Arkansas's arse last year and if we didn't have Sherman could've won by 40.

C-Mike, Brandon Williams, Trey Williams, Ben Malena, etc.

Chalk up LSU and @Bama as losses...there is no discussion about the outcome there. (0-2)

I will comment that both LSU and A&M have excellent running back depth. I just hope we run the ball enough to show it. They may just be catching passes who knows.

The season is made or broken with Florida, Arkansas, @Auburn, and Mizzou. If A&M can take two of these games, I think a 4-4 SEC conference record is possible. And I would be happy to take that. My confidence in the ags winning those games wold be the highest with Florida, then Arkansas, Mizzou, then @Auburn.

@State is a huge trap game for A&M. We usually blow those. I have watched a decade of crap aggie ball with a few highlight stretches...(3-5) to (4-4) is my projection.

But you didn't beat us by 40.

We beat you, like always.

You're still our bitch and you'll be our bitch this upcoming year too.

Eh, give us a coach who is mentally present at the game and we'd have won it walking away. You did win, congrats, but it wasn't because your athletes were necessarily superior to ours, which is encouraging for us based on our history. Back when we played Tennessee in the Cotton Bowl in 2005 or whenever it was, every player on our team was smaller than theirs and we were just brutally dominated all day.

Throughout history more often than not you have had "superior" athletes, yet we still own the series record handily. We talk shite to LSU because we've had recent success against them. We can't talk shite to Texas or Bama. Aggie talking shite because they could in a hypothetical scenario go back in time, change coaches, and expect a different outcome is beyond reaching.

Btw, I've been to CS ALOT over the past 5 years. Dated a tri delt down there for a long time, so I know Aggies pretty well. Usually you guys are pretty down to earth and even overly pessimistic at times. I have no idea where you guys got the confidence that you're going to walk in and show the SEC what your overall wearing male cheerleaders are all about.
