Everyone on here bagging on LSU for having players opt out will be in the same position by the end of the week.

UCF lost 10 dudes today.

Nah, we're going to beat Georgia full strength. They will have swine flu after week 1.

I don’t know about everyone.
But I completely agree with you that other teams will be affected as well.
LSU won’t be alone in this scenario.

Oh, there will be more. And it’s highly likely LSU isn’t done.

Didn't Saban say he isn't releasing information about anyone choosing to opt out? So there very well could already be some.

There were reportedly Alabama players who were considering it.

I'd assume Devonta Smith, Najee Harris, Dylan Moses, and Alex Leatherwood are among them.

Nah, we don’t have 1st/2nd rounders on our current roster for next year’s draft unless they play. So that’ll likely be an LSU, Bama, UGA problem for the largest impacts.

Dylan is one of them.

Several of LSU's guys werent first or second rounders.

I doubt any of UCF's were.

I doubt that. After missing last year he needs to play.

Pretty sure at least 3 of these 4 have been on record saying they are playing this year.

Also, LSU fans told us that Smith & Moses would never amount to anything so it wouldn't matter if they opted out, right? Shouldn't impact the team at all.

why wait? Why put in the 5 days of practice, just to bounce?

Yeah I think this season is going to be a time when fans can watch a little ball for entertainment, but its gonna be like playing chess with checkers.

The asterisk season is all we got.
