Butch has a freshman QB on campus right now who could keep him around for another 2-3 years. Jarrett Gaurantano has incredible potential and is a perfect fit for our offense.
However, recruiting on the defensive side of the ball is slipping.
In short, Mac will be gone first.

I'd say after 3 seasons of being in the 9/10 win range after post season then he will truly have to be winning championships.
IMO that is the standard at UT right now.
Butch is garbage and will be gone in at most 2 years.
