Loeffler is our HC?

If you'd rather say you hired a Sun Belt level head coach with 1 year of experience go ahead, but it sounds better to just say you promoted your OC. Which is basically what happened.

Yep. Sure do. AU will not have to adjust as much as Arky to the new staff. Arky will be hot garbage this year, much like last, while AU will show some signs of life.

Arky probably has a lot more talent than most think. They were a 9 or 10 win team last year with a capable coach. I'm sure they have some offensive talent left behind from Petrino and Bielema will turn the defense around.

Auburn needs a QB or they aren't going anywhere. I've heard Gus has been beyond disappointed with his QB's on campus this spring.

I'll be shocked if we don't run a read option heavy offense with Nick Marshall at QB.

Looking for 8 winsthis season. I mean as that bama poster claimed, we have been a top 10 recruiting class team. We are stacked with talent

That Wash. St. / AU game should be an interesting shootout.

BamaFitter Predict Auburn's W's next season I love how every Auburn fan tries to convince themselves and everyone that will listen how they have talent and don't forget about those top 10 recruiting classes as if nobody got to see all those scrubs they signed not win a game and look like a bunch of University of North Alabama players. Auburn don't have talent unless you believe their Freshman class is gonna be out of this world and have 22 guys earn starting spots while being Freshman All American! We all saw the games too and Auburn most certainly is not a very talented team and will have to win on coaching in the next couple seasons= fact. Now run tell somebody how much talent Auburn has!!! 6 Wins is my prediction because I do think they have better coaching now and a solid class coming in.

Didn't Auburn have a ton of attrition from those stacked classes? I was given to understand that coming in to Auburn this year was like what Muschamp came into at Flo Rida in 2011. Is that inaccurate?

There's obviously a pretty big discrepancy in talent in this game, but that style of offense has killed us over and over for the past four years. If they find a functioning QB it could be a long day. That said, our DBs should be pretty improved this year from both a talent and coaching standpoint. In the end, it would still be an upset for WS to win, but it could happen.

I believe Auburn goes into the double bonus round and loses all SEC games again this year.

I still am startled to discover that Theodore Roof is competent. I think of all the craziness of the Chizik era, discovering that Chizik was the actual issue with the defense was the most surprising.

When Ted Roof was briefly allowed to run something resembling his multiple D in 2010 we were damn good.

I can only go by the talking points fans on the plains post on this site ad nauseum. You fellas had me convinced that Theodore Roof didn't know his arse from a hole in the ground and that bringing in an NFL guy would turn the ship around.
