You asked about 45 years ago before you edited it. Guess what 2015-45 is?

The SEC was a weak conference it was Bama and the dwarves

The only people that try to argue that the SEC pre 90 was a monster are people that ride the coat tails of Bama.

So it got me wondering if maybe the Sugar Bowl was a much less significant bowl game pre mid 60's?

If you compare the rankings of the participating schools, the Sugar typically had higher ranked participants. Before tie ins, I would think this an indicator of the more "prestigious" being the Sugar

And you got your answer.

No

Ole Miss just used to actually be good at football. That's it, that's the answer.

SEC Champ didn't automatically play in the Sugar until 1975.

Pre 2015-45 = PRE 1970 Not "70s, 80s, 90s, and was still a pretty big deal even in the 00s."

Why can't you just admit you answered without reading the OP

No, you flamed me by calling into question personal life comparisons... And quickly backed off that avenue when I called your bluff.

Then you edit the OP and change your tactic.

My first response to your troll thread was legitimate.

My only mistake is continuing to participate in your rewriting of history; both in Sugar bowl history and the history of this thread.

You can't win arguing with a troll like you.

Bluff? You are young and not that bright

Failure to admit that you were wrong proves this

You originally asked about 45 years ago. If you were too stupid to realize that was 1970, that's only your own damn fault.

The real answer is that you moved the goal posts; as trolls always do.

Pre 45 years ago is pre 1970

How hard is that for you to understand? The OP is very clear; it is referring to to history of the sugar bowl BEFORE 1970

Only the title was edited

Title is edited since dummies can't take the time to read the OP.

You then went on to self proclaim yourself as a dummy
