Sounds good to me. We usually have to play our first month or so of baseball in NC or further South because of the weather. Would love to not be away from home for that long into the season.

These guys have played throughout the summer their entire lives. They’re used to weekend tournaments playing multiple games a day in that heat.

uh what? this isn't the minors. I'm not gonna pretend I know what the AAU Baseball schedule is in summer, but most of "their entire lives" they were children who went to a local baseball diamond to play little league for an hour and a half and went home afterward to their house with their parents and were not otherwise disrupted from having a normal life. I'm just saying shifting back a week or two or three weeks for baseball means lengthening the amount of time these college kids are restricted by the college sports process and therefore aren't doing the other stuff they had been doing in previous years and probably would prefer to continue to do.
