It’s come a long way. When I was there in the mid nineties there were about ten or so of us and a single charcoal grill.

For baseball I think the ten friends and a grill is the better option. Not for the team obviously but for the fans. Matches the feel of the game.

LSU's ability to make the students become more of a factor in baseball and basketball has been abysmal. it's a joke they moved the student section from mid court, and to me LSU can't claim the best atmosphere in baseball without a student section like that. Last night was a great atmosphere at the box, but it'd just be that much better with a student section like that

We have 2 sections right between home and first of students / GA. The rest sit in the berms. Atmosphere is great!

Ole Miss students waste beer when they hit homeruns, while every other school shotguns beer.

Sorry that you're too poor to afford more beer.

You must only watch college baseball when the CWS rolls around.

It started a few years back. A few players put a silly little bubble machine in the dugout and turned it on for home runs. It caught on so now every run scored turns into an explosion of bubbles from the crowd. Bubble sounds like a weird (not big deal for us weirdos), but it is family friendly (unlike beer showers) and pretty impressive looking in person. Plus it pisses the other team off and their fans too.

As of right now, Ole Miss season baseball tickets and single game tickets are still on sale, yet they've claimed 8500+ in attendance to their first two home games, in a stadium that seats 6100 people.

Ole Miss adds 4,000 to the total number of sold tickets to their announced attendance figures, justifying it by considering the student section "sold out" because of sports passes bought by students for all sports.

They lie out their asses about everything.

We've explained this to you already.

Is the terrible-ness of NWA finally wearing you down?
