Kentucky - Mark Stoops
Tennessee - Charlie Strong
Arkansas - Bret Bielema
Auburn - Gus Malzahn
I am going with:
1. Bielema - His system will basically be Arkansas trying to out-LSU and out-Alabama those two teams, and its not going to work. Not to mention they still have some ways to go to catch up to A&M, Arkansas could be in the bottom tier of the SEC for the entire Bielema reign. He just doesn't fit. FIRED: After the 2014 season when the 2 year experiment doesn't look like it is headed in the right direction
2. Strong - Tennessee fans have little patience, and I am not seeing Tennessee putting together 10 win seasons in the next 3 seasons. Strong has 3 years to get something meaningful done, otherwise its onto the next candidate. FIRED: After the 2015 season, after losing 7 in 2013 and going 6-6 or 7-5 in the next 2 seasons, never having a winning SEC record.
3. Malzahn - His job security first and foremost will be beating Alabama. There is a lot of young talent he can build on, and he can go 4-8 in a year if it means beating Alabama. But 7-5 and 8-4 seasons won't cut it if they are still losing to Alabama. Since Malzahn isn't the most flashy hire, he will need to show results right away. FIRED: After the 2016 season, losing 4 straight to Alabama despite a 7 or 8 win season mixed in there.
4. Stoops - It's hard to win at Kentucky, and I am not sure if he will do any better than Rich Brooks. But as long as Kentucky can continue to schedule 4 weaklings out of conference and notch 2 SEC wins to get to 6-6 and a bowl game as they have been kings of doing this millenium, that's all they really need.

Bielema has 4 years guaranteed per his contract, so your prediction is not possible.
Oh and,
Oh and,

Out of the four, I would say Bielema.
Auburn probably won't be able to afford to fire anyone anytime soon. Stoops will get some time. Strong will be successful.
BB is big risk, big reward hire to me. He could do well (doubt he wins the SEC ever), but he could also fall right on his face.
