Poll II: Weakest West Champion since 1992?

Well I know the Mizzou fan was trying to start a troll thread and quite frankly I'm surprised it lasted as long as it did because I didn't think there was much of a debate to begin with considering we ended up with 5 losses so before anyone thinks I'm trying to counter-troll the West know that I have long since conceded that fact.
Anyway this made me legitimately curious about who the weakest SEC West representative may be? I really don't know much about the overall seasons for finals records for the West champion over the past 20+ seasons. I honestly have no idea and am interested to see what the SECR thinks?

95 or 02 Arkansas. Both had 5 losses, got embarrassed in the SEC title game, and lost their bowl (s).

1998 Mississippi State. Ranked #23, and it was also not coincidentally the worst year in the West's history.
