They were smart to move it back to September but I think ultimately it'll just be tough talk happening right now then fold once students are settled on campus and an outbreak happens at some SEC or ACC school.

That's like saying "I want to play golf" while there's a thunderstorm outside. Just because I don't do it, doesn't mean I'm happy about it.
They are afraid of liabilities. Doesn't mean that they didn't want to play, their fear just won in the end.

About 15%. I think they definitely want to, but the optics will be bad, there is the huge issue of liability and the Corona psychos are going to apply a ton of pressure to cancel very soon
