Makes sense to me.

Big Ten champ is in. Comes down to Oklahoma/Notre Dame, and I think Oklahoma comes out on top, but wouldn't shock me if Notre Dame beats Stanford by 2 TDs if they jump back in.

IF Fl loses to FSU and Bama they will be lucky to be ranked 20

Florida at 12 is a fricking joke. At worst should be have been 10th. Michigan and Stanford ahead of us? Comon. No consistency with this committee.

If they are blowouts they probably are lucky to remain in the rankings.

Meh, Florida has their season in front of them.

I do think it is a joke that Ohio State is treated any different than Florida. They have done nothing all season. They haven't beaten anyone. They haven't been impressive beating nobodies. They lost to the only Top 30ish team they played.

Plenty of consistency. Florida looked like shite this past Saturday.

The guys that do the rankings actually watch the games.

Of the 3 teams other than Bama, Clemson probably would worry me the most as a matchup. Dual threat QB and a good D. Iowa wouldn't move the ball on Bama and I don't think OU could stop DH.

I mean, is Florida really complaining?

You guys have had 3 straight games that came down to the final drive against

- Vanderbilt
- South Carolina
- Florida Atlantic

How on earth can you be complaining?

Surprised the committee didn't take into consideration that both TCU and Baylor were playing without their starting QBs--and TCU almost won the game! I think OK got too much of a push.

Oklahoma and Clemson. Both teams have athletic defenses with good defensive lines and are solid run and pass teams.

But Florida still won. They have better quality wins than those teams in front of them, and who gives a shite if they almost lost RECENTLY. A lot of those teams ahead of us almost lost to shitty teams this season, but the committee is ignoring that?

No consistency whatsoever.

I mean, so did North Carolina in OT. On the road. Against a better team.

Really? Who? They beat Ole Miss, solid win over a 3 loss team. What are the other wins? UGA and UT, ok, I'm with ya. Six wins over awful teams (NMSU, ECU, Kentucky, South Carolina, Missouri, Vandy) - and 5 of those 6 games were last possession of the game type games.

Did they do it for THREE STRAIGHT WEEKS?
