Well this one aged well. Yep Pitino coached circles around Cal. But his players were 2-19 from three and that is usually a recipe for a loss. Plus Arkansas won in the paint.

Easy to blame Cal but when a team wins shouldn’t they deserve credit for winning.
That particular game, the other teams were better than Kentucky. Simple as that. In the Tournament, everyone is good and capable of winning a game. More about winning than choking.
