Really hate it for the guy. No one deserves that right after a long ACL rehab, especially not him.

Yes. Knee dislocation. If you see video, it pops back into place when help arrived.

I would say that's a safe bet.
And then there's always the chance of nerve damage with any dislocation.
If that's the same knee he injured before I would be shocked if he ever plays again.
