I don’t understand why people worship this guy, he predicted Georgia as his surprise team in 2016, and Florida this year. Anyone who looked at Florida’s depth chart or MacElwain’s teeth could’ve realized they suck this year.

I bought his magazine for several years, but realized it is mainly a summary of each team's previous 2 or 3 seasons and offered very little if anything about the upcoming season. He is interesting to listen to on the radio as a guest, but not beyond that.

It's about as bad as anyone else's would be. I doubt anyone got the 4 playoff teams right, certainly not a top 30.

He just might be basing predictions on how many starters return for UF in 2018...18-19 of them. UGA will have defense gutted.
USCe, UT, Mizzou will have a lot of players back.
Predictions are just that...people will buy magazines and subscribe to websites. Doesn't mean you sink $ 10,000 at Vegas on it.

Ehhh Francois at QB would have had Florida State down in the teens at worst. They still need more production from a weak OL but have a lot of other talent.
Florida had a lot of talent just really bad coaching and a lot of thuggery led to a bad team atmosphere.
Michigan has the Harbaugh affect. He dropped them out of the top 10 because they lost a lot of vets from last year but he put too much trust in Harbaugh as a coach. They did have a very good defense though.
Texas is going to turn it around eventually. I imagine he will have them in the same place next year, and the year after that, and eventually he will underpredict them. This year was too soon.

those were some solid predictions accurately. were you expecting him to predict the top 30 teams exactly?
