So why did you set the bar at only 30?

I said they’d have to score more than 30 a game to improve. How is that difficult for you to understand? lol you even quoted it...

lol I said average more than 30 a game. LSU desperately needs their library fixed.

Do you know what "setting the bar" means?

UGA only has to average more than 30 a game for the offense to improve. I don’t expect a Brady LSU turnaround, but I do expect more than 30 a game.

UGA averaged 30.8 PPG in 2019.

30.1 is more than 30. Would that be an improvement?

You're the one who didn't know UGA averaged more than 30 PPG in 2019, not me.

Next time do a little fact checking before you post.

Can you score 30.8 points in a game? I also thought you were ignoring me. What happened?

Because the UGA fans acting like Newman is their ticket to the NC aren't pushing a narrative at all.

This thread is so dumb.

Here are the facts:

- No one really knows how good Jamie Newman will be.

- All metrics point to UGA having the best defense in the country

- Georgia doesn’t need Jamie Newman to be a top 3 player in the SEC.

Simply replacing Fromm's numbers leave UGA in the same position it's been in since 2017, on the outside looking in.

Replacing his passing numbers but greatly improving upon his rushing numbers is an obvious upgrade.

Newman should be a very nice upgrade over Fromm there. It's a huge question mark whether he can be as productive as Fromm as a passer.

Huge? Eh, It wouldn’t take much to be an upgrade there considering that fromm’s passer rating was 50th in the nation. His inability to hit open wrs downfield for tds was astounding. Sec fans are choosing to ignore them all for some reason.

Exactly what is proving you are an idiot. You still haven’t found one post from a uga fan who said coley was a huge upgrade over Chaney.

I'm betting Jamie Newman will find the SEC far harder to play successfully than the ACC. I hope UGA fans don't get their hopes set too high.

I'm betting that he'll be surrounded with a hell of a lot better caste of teammates than he was a Wake Forest.

Don't worry about UGA fans. We'll be fine.

The biggest question is can Newman continue to perform on 3rd downs. Fromm was awful there.
