Rowland over at the UK rivals site posted a story on this topic so I thought I was pass it along. Grades of note:

Overall team grades: Kentucky 90.6 Florida 81.9

5 of top 6 grades are UK Offensive Linemen - meaning, Florida should be prepared to face the best OL they’ve seen by far.

Special teams grades: Kentucky 72.3 Florida 62.8

PFF: Kentucky vs Florida

It is important to note that these ratings don’t take into account the quality of the athlete, merely their game performance. Kentucky has played better so far and is at home against a team they beat last year. I’d rather be in our shoes.

I’m glad you get internet but do you get cable in your parents’ basement? Were you able to watch UK put on the rushing clinic that it did in Gainesville last year?

I’d say the talent is pretty near even.

I don’t know what to tell you. I guess look up what PFF is and how these scores are derived.

It wasn’t a shot in the dark by some UK homer. It was a thorough and knowledgeable assessment performed by a panel of non-bias analysts.

I’m not even gonna talk shite, I have no idea what Florida is this year. Hope we win by 1.

Completely different teams. Reese is back for us Snell is gone for y’all. Every game is different.

I don’t blame you for not knowing what you don’t know.

What you will find out is the committee of RBs for UK is more explosive than ever, as evident by Smoke’s 9 yards a carry.

I watched the Eastern Michigan replay so I’m only going of one game I’ll take your word for it. I can tell you though this isn’t the same front 7 for Florida you played last year. You may win but 300 yards rushing isn’t happening this year.

Have to account for Terry getting like 120 of those rushing yards last year so I’d agree with you. 200-225 is possible though.

And they have Franks back. Wait, I am not sure which side of the argument I am supporting.

Last time Franks played in Lexington, he was yanked from the game.

Franks is somehow better and worse than this place gives him credit for.

I haven't been impress by what I have seen of UK this year and Wilson and Snell were the main reasons for the upset last year. Grantham's defense will feast on the transfer QB. Gators should win by 14+ if Franks plays well.

Against who?

Let’s be real, neither of these teams really knows for sure what they are yet but Florida (for better or worse) has a better idea because we’ve played a team with P5 talent.

So, I’ll take your word on the content of the UK rivals site. I’m not going to pay $9.95 to see it. What grade did this article give the Gator D, line and secondary?

I mean, Miami has more talent than Kentucky.

Not trying to shite on the guy and I’m sure he’s a good player but hanging your hat on a 9 ypc average against Toledo and EMU is kinda silly.
