A certain state is missing some schools. This is since 1967:

And who comes in so hot against Mississippi? Both schools have overperformed, to some extent, and provide for one of the most entertaining and engaging rivalries in the country.

Sad that my tigers aren't there.

I think everyone can agree OU had a better run overall in the recent past. UTa did make the playoffs, however...

I took your saltiness over this post as though you felt it was a jab against Mississippi.

I assumed it was Texas. Is this a response thread?

Meh...I'd rather see this list from the modern era.

ND hasn't won a national title in football since the Reagan administration, yet they lead this list. If things like this get you excited as a fan, good for you. To me, nothing matters less. I would trade every Texas player getting drafted for one more national title in football before I stroke out.

tldr: Texas and Texas A&M have done a terrible job recruiting Texas kids. That has to change.

Then you shouldn't have given the SEC the keys to the state of Texas. Hurts, Milroe and Waddle send their love.

Having players drafted and having players play on an NFL team are two different things.

The draft used to be something like 17 rounds and there were only five or six roster spots. A lot of these guys were notified that they had been drafted and they were like, ok cool, but tell them I'm busy at work right now. I remember seeing actor Ed O'Neil (TV's Al Bundy) interviewed and they asked him about being drafted by the Steelers and he brushed it off saying it didn't mean anything. It was basically an invitation to be a human tackling dummy for Jack Lambert for $3000 for the Summer.

I know you think the world revolves around bama football but it doesn't. This isn't just about Alabama this is about us and some terrible hires. Perhaps we've turned the corner. TIme will tell.

If Charles McClendon were alive to hear to you say that, he'd kick your arse.

And then Billy Cannon would kick his arse.

Everyone's asses would be kicked because of what you said.
